Position Type: Full-Time $65,000 salary + Performance Bonuses

What Youll Do:

• Be the Face: Anchor our social media presence (TikTok, Reels) to drive talent acquisition and community growth.

• Vlog the Journey: This is a highly active, lifestyle-driven role. You will be vlogging your day-to-day experiences, capturing real, unscripted moments as you travel, and giving our audience an authentic, behind-the-scenes look at our operation.

• Create Content: Host high-energy videos, conduct casual interviews, and showcase our company culture on location.

• Engage: Travel regionally across the Midwest to represent the company at promotional events and network with potential candidates.

Who You Are:

• An experienced promotional model, lifestyle creator, or media/communications pro who masters the art of the daily vlog.

• An exceptional communicator who can connect with anyone instantlywhether it's talking directly to a camera lens or interviewing people on the ground.

• Comfortable working around large-scale industrial and high-performance environments.

• Self-motivated and ready to turn this role into a massive personal influencer brand.
