Business Development Manager 4
Location: Redmond , WA
Salary Range: $60/hr to $62/hr on W2 Introduction

As a Business Development Coordinator supporting gaming partnerships, you will assist senior Business Development managers across the full lifecycle of partnership contracts—from preparing negotiation materials and managing operational workflows to ensuring accurate documentation and compliance in contract systems and SharePoint. You will own key processes such as supplier setup and payments through procurement and finance tools, and maintenance of rights trackers to monitor expirations and support timely renewals. Additionally, you will help triage external partnership proposals, contribute to team initiatives, and identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in Business Development or in a paralegal role within the Gaming or Entertainment industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
  • Experience working with legal contracts, Finance and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals, while ensuring policy compliance preferred.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in Business Development or in a paralegal role within the Gaming or Entertainment industry.
  • Experience with computer applications, such as Word and Excel.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Support senior managers in executing and managing partnership contracts for Gaming, ensuring timely processing and compliance.
  • Assist with negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational tasks throughout all deal stages.
  • Ensure proper filing of agreements and all relevant documentation in the contracts system and on SharePoint.
  • Use internal finance tools to manage supplier setup and payment requests to partners as needed.
  • Support external partnership proposals triage and response process.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization.
