Marketing & Client Relations Specialist

Do you enjoy connecting with people and have an interest in art, design, and creative projects? Novo Arts is looking for a Marketing & Client Relations Specialist to help introduce our work to design professionals, support client relationships, and assist with project coordination.

Novo Arts creates custom artwork and design solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality spaces. We collaborate with designers, architects, and artists to develop unique pieces that enhance interiors and reflect each client's vision. Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Relationship Building

Introduce Novo Arts to design firms, architectural offices, and other potential partners.
Help schedule presentations and meetings with prospective clients.
Build and maintain professional relationships within the design community.

Lead Follow-Up

Stay in touch with prospective clients and assist with ongoing communications.
Coordinate virtual and in-person portfolio presentations.
Help keep opportunities organized and moving forward.

Project Coordination

Work with the sales team, artists, and clients to support projects from initial inquiry through completion.
Assist with scheduling, communication, and project tracking.
Help ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Presentations & Meetings

Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Share information about Novo Arts' custom artwork solutions and creative capabilities.

Industry Networking

Attend design events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Build connections with professionals in the architecture and design industries.

Social Media & Marketing Support

Engage with design professionals through platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
Help showcase recent projects and promote the Novo Arts brand.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in art, design, architecture, or creative industries.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
Comfortable building relationships and following up with clients.
Positive, professional, and collaborative approach.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer relations, or a related field is helpful but not required.
Project coordination or project management experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to attend occasional client meetings, showroom visits, and industry events.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a creative business environment.
