Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing events, promotional activities, and campaign support tasks from planning through execution.
- Assist with event logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up.
- Support marketing projects by organizing timelines, tracking deliverables, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
- Help prepare promotional materials, presentations, email content, and branded communications.
- Maintain organized records of marketing assets, event details, campaign results, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $50,000 to $51,000 per year.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting events, campaigns, or promotional programs in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with marketing calendars, event logistics, branded collateral, or campaign coordination.
- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, lending, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
- Proficiency with common business and marketing tools such as Microsoft Office, email platforms, project trackers, or content management systems.
