As the Outbound Growth Marketing Manager, you will fully own and scale cold email acquisition efforts across the organization. Utilizing advanced platforms like Instantly.ai , Smartlead, Apollo, and Clay, you will design high-converting outbound sequences, manage technical email infrastructure, and optimize domain health to consistently generate qualified opportunities. This role blends technical infrastructure management with persuasive campaign strategy, working closely with leadership to shape overall growth workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing and scaling high-volume cold email campaigns

  • Deep technical understanding of email deliverability, DNS configuration, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)

  • Hands-on expertise with modern outbound tools such as Instantly.ai (MUST HAVE) , Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, or Lemlist

  • Strong copywriting skills with a track record of creating high-converting messaging and CTAs

  • Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills to track KPIs and execute rigorous A/B testing


Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience in finance, lending, insurance, or high-volume lead generation industries

  • Experience managing outbound teams or SDR workflows

  • Knowledge of AI personalization and automation tools

  • Experience integrating outbound systems with CRMs and workflow automations

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 60% Outbound Automation & Deliverability Tools (Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist)

  • 40% Data Enrichment & List Building Platforms (Clay, Apollo)

Daily Responsibilities

  • 60% Hands On (Campaign deployment, infrastructure configuration, copywriting)

  • 20% Management Duties (Strategy scaling, campaign reporting, process design)

  • 20% Team Collaboration (Partnering with leadership on growth and acquisition goals)


The Offer
  • Base Salary: $70,000 $120,000+ annually (based on experience)

  • Bonus eligible (Monthly performance bonuses and KPI-based revenue incentives)
