Pricing Analyst

Leonards Express is growing, and were looking for a detail-driven Pricing Analyst who thrives on data, accuracy, and helping a company win. This is a full-time, day-shift position based at our Farmington, NY terminal.

As a Pricing Analyst, youll play a key role in helping Leonards Express quote competitively and profitably. Youll turn raw data into clear, reliable information that supports decision-making across the company.

• Gather, analyze, and present data needed to quote customers accurately based on market conditions
• Use costing software to obtain customer or lane data
• Analyze results, identify errors, and report findings to the Pricing Manager and related teams
• Develop and continuously improve pricing processes for greater efficiency
• Create Excel-based reports, templates, and tools to streamline data processing
• Prepare data and insights for management and leadership review
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Pricing Manager

• Strong organizational, records management, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while also taking direction when needed
• Adaptability in a fast-moving, ever-changing industry
• Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree
• 35 years of relevant experience
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
