We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Ops Scale to define and own the roadmap for scaling operations through AI-driven tooling, self-service solutions, and standardized pilot frameworks. As the business expands, this role will be directly responsible for identifying, building, and deploying tools that drive measurable labor savings and reduce overall operational burden. You will establish a standardized end-to-end pilot intake process including reporting criteria and success metrics to ensure new initiatives are evaluated consistently and scaled with confidence.

You will work with cross-functional tech teams, operations stakeholders, and business partners to translate operational pain points into scalable product solutions. The role involves significant use of data and stakeholder feedback to measure the impact of automation strategies and is expected to make frequent senior-level presentations to drive decisions at both ongoing and strategic levels.

Key Product Management job functions are:
-Design and implement a standardized end-to-end pilot intake process in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, establishing shared reporting criteria, evaluation frameworks, and success metrics that validate repeatable, reportable outcomes without requiring incremental labor investment to scale
-Identify, build, and deploy AI-powered tools that reduce manual operational effort and enable teams to self-serve, minimizing reliance on scaled labor as volume increases
-Own and maintain the automation and tooling roadmap focused on labor savings, operational efficiency, and scalable self-service solutions aligned to business growth targets
-Quantify and track labor savings and efficiency gains through rigorous data analysis, establishing clear baselines, KPIs, and reporting cadences for all initiatives
-Address barriers through structured problem solving, stakeholder alignment, and coordination with internal engineering and operations partners
-Partner with other product and program managers to identify reusable patterns, influence platform development, and share best practices for automation and scale

Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
