Marketing Manager, Enterprise Applications Portfolio

This role will be on a hybrid schedule our North America HQ in El Segundo, CA

KARL STORZ is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive growth of our StreamConnect enterprise applicions software th enables collaborion, automion, and AIdriven workflows across the opering room ecosystem. This role blends marketing leadership, product ownership, and technical fluency to bring enterprise software solutions to market and scale adoption.

Wh you will do in this role:

• Own U.S. marketing stregy, positioning, and gotomarket for enterprise applicions
• Lead product launches, lifecycle optimizion, and legacy portfolio management
• Serve as the subject mter expert for StreamConnect, AI workflows, enterprise architecture, video streaming, and secure networks
• Partner with Sales on clinical and ITfocused customer engagements
• Transle complex technology into compelling value propositions
• Drive demand planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Lead conferences, demos, and customer engagement initiives

Wh you bring:

• 35 years of medical device sales and/or marketing experience
• Proven success with enterprise, networkbased, or AIenabled solutions
• Strong product launch and lifecycle management experience
• Ability to bridge clinical, technical, and business audiences
• Bachelors degree required (MBA or technical background a plus)
