Align marketing initiatives with organizational growth goals, including de novos, acquisitions, and expansion into new markets. Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment. Lead and support a team of Regional Marketing Managers responsible for local market execution across multiple states. Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success across all marketing initiatives. Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all markets and touchpoints. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. 8-12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 in a leadership role. Experience overseeing marketing for a multi-unit entity and leading a multi-specialty team.
