Director of Marketing, Sales, and Appointment Center What You Will Do

  • Lead and develop marketing, sales, and appointment center leadership teams
  • Drive lead generation strategy across digital, organic, referral, and event based channels
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, CRM strategy, social media, and customer engagement initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on company growth strategy and performance planning
  • Manage external agency relationships for SEO, paid advertising, and website management
  • Build accountability systems through reporting, KPI tracking, and leadership meetings
  • Improve customer journey processes from initial lead through project completion
  • Lead planning and execution of trade shows, community events, and referral programs

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience with strategic and hands on execution capability
  • Experience leading cross functional teams including sales, marketing, or customer operations
