Regional Business Development Manager

Summary

Responsible for driving regional growth through strategic relationship development, market expansion, and opportunity generation within industrial and infrastructure-focused markets. This role works closely with internal technical and operations teams to support pursuit strategy, proposal development, and long-term client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and forecast activity through CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support proposals, pricing strategy, and project pursuits.
  • Monitor market activity, industry trends, and competitive developments.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade organizations, and client meetings.
Qualifications
  • Experience in business development, technical sales, account management, or industrial services.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard business software.
  • Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Additional Information
  • Regional travel required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Valid drivers license required.
