PruittHealth is seeking a strategic, results-driven Corporate Marketing Director to lead enterprise marketing initiatives across post-acute care, home health, hospice, senior living, and regulated programs such as PACE and Medicare Advantage.

This newly created role will drive performance-focused marketing strategies that strengthen brand differentiation, support field sales, and deliver measurable growth in referrals, leads, and admissions-while ensuring full compliance with CMS and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise marketing strategy aligned to growth and census goals
• Drive integrated campaigns across paid media, digital, and traditional channels
• Enable field sales teams with compliant, high-impact marketing tools
• Own performance marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization
• Oversee website, SEO/SEM, lead generation, and paid media strategy
• Ensure all marketing meets regulatory (CMS, state, federal) requirements
• Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver results
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and impact

Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing experience (healthcare or regulated industry preferred)
• Proven success with integrated, performance-driven campaigns
• Strong analytics and ROI mindset
• Experience supporting sales/business development teams
• Familiarity with CMS guidelines strongly preferred
• Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
