BettingJobs is partnering with a fast-growing start-up based in St. Julian's, Malta, as they search to find an Affiliate & Influencer Account Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the affiliate program by identifying opportunities for performance improvement, working toward defined targets, and managing budgets to ensure optimal ROI
- Source, recruit, and engage new affiliates, from emerging partners to top industry performers.
- Collaborate with affiliates to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Maintain regular communication with affiliates, providing guidance, support, and issue resolution.
- Negotiate agreements, commission structures, and exclusive promotions to strengthen partnerships.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with the company policies.
- Identify and manage partnerships with influencers, streamers, and content creators across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, and others.
- Oversee campaign planning, content coordination, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide clear feedback and guidance to influencers to optimize engagement and performance.
- Track and report campaign KPIs, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor affiliate and influencer performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, player value, and revenue.
- Generate insights and actionable recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
- Present regular reports to management with key findings and optimization strategies.
- Work with marketing, product, content, and analytics teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
- Support the creation of promotional materials, landing pages, and other assets tailored to affiliates and influencers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing affiliate programs within the iGaming/online gambling industry.
- Proven track record in affiliates influencer or streamer campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of affiliate models (CPA, CPL, Rev-Share, Hybrid) and performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience using affiliate tracking and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
- Fluent English, written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous.
- Highly proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
