Digital Marketing Associate (WFH)

You'll be the driving force behind our outreach efforts identifying prospects, running personalized campaigns, and booking qualified leads for the team. This role combines lead generation, sales outreach, and light community engagement. It's ideal for someone who is organized, persuasive in writing, and comfortable handling high-volume outreach while maintaining a personal touch. Key Responsibilities: 1. Publish a minimum of 1 educational SAT/ACT tip daily on Instagram and 1 on YouTube Shorts, 6 days a week (minimum 26 posts per platform each month). 2. Tutor & Institute Outreach (Primary Focus ~50% of the role) Build and maintain databases of SAT/ACT tutors and coaching centers on platforms such as Google Maps, Instagram, LinkedIn, and tutor directories. Send personalized cold emails and DMs promoting the tutor module and bulk/reseller offerings. Conduct regular follow-ups and schedule demo calls for the founder or sales team. Maintain accurate outreach tracking through CRM tools or spreadsheets. 3. Parent Community Outreach (~30% of the role) Identify and engage with parent communities on Facebook, WhatsApp, and forums where permitted. Coordinate with school counselors for free diagnostic test opportunities. Share value-driven content while maintaining transparency with community admins. 4. Student Outreach (~20% of the role) Engage with relevant Reddit communities, Discord groups, and student forums helpfully and authentically. Support student ambassador and referral programs, including recruitment and signup tracking. Assist in scheduling and managing social media posts across platforms like Instagram and TikTok. 5. General Responsibilities Maintain outreach trackers and share weekly reports on activities and conversion metrics. Continuously improve outreach messaging based on campaign performance and engagement results. Comfortable with high-volume personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and social media DMs. 4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups independently. 5. Familiarity with Google Sheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and major social platforms. 6. Stable internet connection and availability to overlap a few working hours with US time zones.
