THE ROLE

The Junior Social Media Intern will support the management of the client's social media channels and day-to-day community management, interacting with people on social media and content platforms (creating and encouraging conversations with positive sentiment) and working closely with our Creative Department and Media Agencies to develop strategies and content. As an intern, you will work alongside a mentor and other senior professionals to learn and develop all the required skills.

KEY TASKS

  • Content management: Managing content calendars, scheduling content in the content management tool, proactively finding new conversations, looking for opportunities for the brand.
  • Community management: Managing comments on posts, monitoring brand sentiment, responding to direct messages, escalating issues.
  • Influencers & creators management: Identifying influencers that would fit well with the brand, working with them to create content.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Using platform insights as well as our social media tools to manage regular reporting and provide analysis on content performance
