Personal/Marketing Assistant - $16-18/hr.

We have 3 companies that are growing quickly. We're looking for someone to assist our salesman and upper management with both personal assistant type tasks and sales related tasks.

Working hours: 25 to 40 hours a week

Personal Assistant Duties:
- light cleaning around the house
- dog sitting
- shopping for business & personal items
- daily calls for personal matters
- organization of the office, files and home

Marketing
- editing emails
- inputting leads into CRM for salesman
- driving to sales meetings
- Qualify customers for sales people to see if they want to learn more
- screening locations for Breathalyzer machines
- updating social media accounts

Ideal Candidate
- must be able to travel (15-20%of the time) all travel expenses are fully paid for with a per diem
- must be a good driver
- clean driving record
- positive upbeat attitude
- be able to work in fast paced environment
- must be good with dogs
