Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role is responsible for both day-to-day marketing operations and contributing to overall brand direction, campaign development, and market positioning.
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand presence, and effective execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing function, including coordination of design, web, and campaign execution
	 - Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies aligned with business objectives
	 - Plan and manage advertising and promotional campaigns (digital, print, email, direct mail)
	 - Monitor and analyze marketing performance; provide insights and recommendations for optimization
	 - Conduct market research and track competitor activity to inform strategy
	 - Support product and sales initiatives through targeted marketing efforts
	 - Oversee creation of marketing materials including newsletters, ads, articles, and promotional content
	 - Prepare marketing reports and present findings to leadership
	 - Ensure brand consistency across all channels, materials, and events
	 - Coordinate trade shows, including booth design and execution
	
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
	 - 5+ years of marketing experience
	 - Strong written, verbal, and executive-level presentation skills
	 - Experience creating marketing content and copy across multiple channels
	 - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
	 - Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
