Fresco Flavors changes that. We grow, harvest, and freeze-dry our own organic herbs on a single-origin farm and bring them to market under one roof: vertically integrated, seed to jar. The result is cleaner color, fuller aroma, and shelf-stable flavor that operators and shoppers can actually taste.We're USDA Organic and OU Kosher certified, growing fast, and looking for our first dedicated Sales Manager to put Fresco on shelves and on menus. This is a ground-floor seat with real ownership of the territory and a direct line to the founders.The RoleAs our Sales Manager, you'll own sales growth across foodservice and retail. We're starting in Memphis and across Tennessee, but we want someone with the relationships and the drive to take us national opening doors with major broadline distributors, specialty and natural distributors, and the operators and retailers they serve. You'll be the face of the brand in the field and a strategic partner to the founders on how we grow.What You'll Do Open and grow accounts across foodservice (restaurants, chains, GPOs, institutional) and retail (grocery, natural, specialty), starting in TN and expanding outward. Build and manage relationships with broadline and specialty distributors think Sysco, US Foods, UNFI, KeHE, and strong regional players. Hunt new business: prospect, network, work trade shows, and chase leads to land new customers and broaden distribution. Own the full cycle from first pitch and pricing through proposals, onboarding, reorders, and account expansion. Hit and report on clear quarterly and annual sales goals; keep the founders looped in on pipeline, forecasts, and competitive activity. Manage broker and distributor partners where it makes sense, aligning them to our goals and growth plan. Represent Fresco at trade shows and industry events, telling the quality-and-integration story that sets us apart. Partner with the founders on pricing, promotions, new SKUs, and channel strategy as we scale.What We're Looking For 5+ years of sales experience in food foodservice, retail/CPG, or specialty/natural with a track record of hitting or beating targets. An existing network of distributor, broker, and operator contacts you can activate quickly. Memphis / Tennessee relationships are a big plus. Deep understanding of how product moves through distributors and broadlines into foodservice and retail. A true sales hunter: proactive, self-directed, and comfortable owning a territory from scratch. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the polish to represent a premium brand to buyers and chefs. Comfortable with travel (roughly 40 60%) and working independently from a home base. Organized and reliable with forecasting, reporting, and follow-up. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred equivalent experience counts. Bonus: experience selling organic, natural, or premium products, and familiarity with specialty/herb/spice categories.Why Fresco Ground-floor role with real ownership of the territory and the growth plan.
