Working in teams of two, you will engage with homeowners in target neighborhoods to identify potential leads for home exterior services. Location: Spokane, WA and Coeur d'Alene, ID Campaign Dates: May 12, 2026 through June 6, 2026 Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $30 per hour Key Responsibilities: - Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned zones. - Engage residents in professional conversations to generate interest and capture lead information. - Collaborate with your partner to maximize doors knocked and contacts made during each shift. - Participate in a mandatory training session on your first day to learn campaign specifics and lead capture techniques. - Provide daily recaps and photo documentation of your field activity through our reporting platform. Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to remain professional and positive while walking outdoors for the duration of a shift. - Reliable transportation to travel to various zones in the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas. - Strong team player mentality.
