Position Overview

LeaderPromos is seeking a highly accountable, growth-oriented Director of Marketing to build, lead, and actively execute a scalable marketing function that drives measurable revenue

impact across the organization.

This role is designed for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a build-and-execute environment. You will not only define strategy but also directly contribute to executiondeveloping

campaigns, optimizing systems, and driving results.

You will serve as a critical partner to Sales and Leadership, while also building the right team, infrastructure, and processes to support long-term scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue-Driven Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned to company revenue goals

Translating business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives tied directly to pipeline and sales growth

Build annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear ROI accountability

Establish ROI modeling frameworks to guide investment decisions and growth strategies

2. Strategic Campaign Development, Coordination & Execution

Coordinate and execute comprehensive company and client marketing initiatives including campaigns, collateral, webstore content, and digital programs

Ensure strict alignment with brand standards, governance, and client expectations

Personally contribute to campaign development, messaging, and deployment

Drive integrated, multi-channel execution across digital, email, content, social, and events

Work with Sales leaders to create various branded merchandise marketing drops to engage current clients, prospects/targets, and strong vertical markets

3. Content Strategy, Distribution & Alignment

Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand positioning and target audience needs

Oversee content distribution strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and performance

Ensure all content is data-informed, on-brand, and aligned with client marketing standards

Continuously analyze content performance and optimize distribution channels

4. Sales Alignment & Revenue Enablement

Partner closely with Sales to align on pipeline targets, lead quality, and conversion strategies

Develop marketing programs that support both new business acquisition and current client growth

Enable sales teams with tools, messaging, and campaigns that accelerate deals, opportunities and sales presentations

Establish feedback loops to continuously improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness

5. Performance Tracking, Data Analysis & Optimization

Establish, track, and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing efforts

Establish lead definitions, values and sales engagement strategies

Lead performance tracking, A/B testing, and campaign optimization initiatives

Identify actionable insights from data to improve efficiency, conversion rates, and ROI

Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into performance via HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other data platforms as needed

6. ROI Modeling & Growth Optimization

Define and implement ROI metrics across all campaigns and marketing initiatives

Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize spend allocation

Develop and execute strategies that increase marketing efficiency and drive revenue growth

Continuously improve Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) across channels including creating new ideas for establishing stronger ways to connect with large Fortune 500 companies

7. Marketing Technology & Systems Optimization

Leverage and optimize CRM, e-commerce platforms, and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot)

Build scalable workflows that enhance lead generation, nurturing, and conversion

Ensure full utilization of marketing technology stack to maximize output and efficiency

Identify and implement new tools that improve performance and scalability

8. Budget Management & Forecasting

Partner with the VP of Brand to manage marketing budgets and forecasting with precision

Ensure disciplined financial oversight and alignment with business priorities

Optimize allocation of resources to maximize ROI within budget constraints

Track performance against budget and adjust strategies proactively

9. Project Management & Operational Execution

Oversee complex marketing initiatives using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)

Maintain accurate and actionable marketing calendars across company and client programs

Ensure timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination are executed flawlessly

Improve operational efficiency through process development, standardization and documentation for departmental success

10. Team Building & Talent Development

Assess organizational needs and hire the right talent to build a well-rounded marketing team

Define roles across key functions including demand generation, content, digital, and analytics

Foster a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability and execution

Mentor team members while maintaining hands-on involvement in marketing initiatives

11. Best Practices, Innovation & Trend Management

Research and apply best-in-class marketing practices and methodologies

Continuously evaluate emerging trends, tools, and technologies

Utilize new AI software within HubSpot and others available to reduce resources and speed up marketing actions

Integrate new strategies into marketing programs to maintain competitive advantage

Drive innovation while ensuring practical, results-focused execution

12. Brand & Market Positioning

Strengthening LeaderPromos' brand presence and differentiation in the marketplace

Develop a stronger sales presentation for large client opportunities along with basic information about why LeaderPromos accessible to the sales teams

Ensure consistency across all messaging, channels, and client touchpoints

Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning strategies

Marketing KPI Ownership & Success Metrics (Targets to be developed after strategic marketing planning meeting)

Pipeline contribution and growth rate

Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
