This is an on-site position (Monday through Thursday) based out of our Chicago, IL office with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
A day in the life as an Associate Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & Personalization...
Manage the end-to-end deployment of bulk campaigns for the SMS channel across the US and Canada.
Partner with brand, creative, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to develop a comprehensive content calendar and strategic campaign briefs.
Support the technical execution of CRM triggers by partnering with MarTech to manage intake workflows, establish project milestones, and ensure seamless cross-functional delivery.
Maintain a comprehensive "source of truth" for all trigger programs by documenting cross-channel logic, creative assets, and timing.
Bring the Canada CRM program to full parity with US efforts by auditing, versioning, and launching assets within the Canadian market.
Develop and refine audience segments to ensure highly targeted messaging based on customer behavior and preferences.
Build and execute an A/B testing roadmap for content and logic to drive incremental revenue and engagement.
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Lifecycle Manager, leveraging data-driven insights to help shape long-term CRM roadmaps and innovation beyond day-to-day execution.
Pull and analyze weekly and monthly performance data for both promotional campaigns and automated triggers, delivering actionable insights and optimizations.
Manage end-to-end CRM sweepstakes including strategy, technical setup, legal terms, and fulfillment to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
What youll bring to the table...
3+ years of CRM experience including email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications.
Proven experience briefing and executing CRM campaigns in partnership with creative teams and external agencies.
Expertise in orchestrating complex, multi-step automated workflows by collaborating with MarTech, Brand Marketing, and other key stakeholders.
Proficiency with enterprise-level CRM platforms (e.g., Attentive, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Comfortable setting up and executing experiments to track business impact, analyzing data, and extracting key insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
A strategic thinker able to synthesize and prioritize inputs from various perspectives to create an actionable plan.
