ROLE SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Market Development at Quanterix is a highly cross-functional role responsible for bridging Marketing, Sales, and Product to accelerate revenue growth and market adoption across the company's portfolio, including ultra-sensitive immunoassays, spatial biology solutions, Accelerator services, and Lucent Diagnostics.
This individual operates at the intersection of strategy and execution-translating market insights into impactful sales enablement, training, and demand generation initiatives. The role is designed to spend approximately one-third of time aligned to each function-Marketing, Sales, and Product-while working in close partnership with the Director of Commercial Operations to ensure alignment with broader commercial strategy, processes, and performance goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Sales Enablement & Training Leadership (Core Ownership)
Own the global sales enablement strategy, ensuring the field is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and messaging required to win across immunoassays, spatial, services, and diagnostics offerings
Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs with SMEs across sales onboarding and continuous learning
Lead the creation and maintenance of high-impact enablement materials, including:
Battlecards
Competitive positioning frameworks
Product, application, and clinical value training content
Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Highspot, optimizing content organization, adoption, and performance tracking
Partner closely with the Director of Commercial Operations and Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps, align on enablement priorities, and continuously evolve training programs
