Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator

Company: Synergy Home Care

Location: Columbia, Missouri

Synergy Home Care is a growing non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that allows seniors and individuals with disabilities to remain safely in their homes. We are seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our presence in the Columbia community.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations

Represent Synergy Home Care at community events, health fairs, and networking meetings

Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about our services Develop new referral sources and maintain strong professional relationships

Track marketing activities and referral results Work closely with the owner to grow the agency's client base Qualifications

Experience in healthcare marketing, senior services, or community outreach preferred

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated and organized

Knowledge of the Columbia community is a plus

Compensation Base salary or hourly pay depending on experience

Performance bonuses for new client referrals
