Marketing, Content & Social Media Intern

SUMMARY OF JOB:

The Summer Marketing & Content Operations Intern will support the Marketing function by contributing to both creative and operational initiatives. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience across digital marketing, content development, and marketing operations within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• The Summer Internship Program runs Monday, June 15th through Friday, August 14th. Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

This position is 100% in office in Denver

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assisting with website and SEO content updates
• Drafting and formatting LinkedIn/social posts, event recap posts, banker/team spotlights, community engagement content, and simple educational content.
• Project management support
• Assisting with reporting and analytics tracking
• Capturing photos, short video clips, quotes, takeaways, and behind-the-scenes moments from events so we are not recreating content from scratch afterward.
• Helping maintain a content library of photos, video clips, testimonials, event assets, brand materials, and approved messaging so the marketing team can move faster.
• Assisting with graphic design and content formattin
• Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.

Education:

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field

Computer Skills:

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

Other Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organized and detail oriented. Interest in content creation, branding, and marketing strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (HUGE PLUS)

The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Targeted hiring range based on experience: $20 - $21 per hour. This range is an estimate based on potential employee qualifications and other considerations permitted by law under the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
