What This Role Is?

This is a high-visibility VP of Marketing role responsible for owning pipeline growth and revenue generation across an established enterprise software development company (250+ FTE).

You will lead performance marketing, demand generation, digital, field marketing, and channel strategyworking directly with global C-level leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

What are the Key Responsibilities?

Own and scale enterprise pipeline growth strategy across North America and global markets

Lead performance marketing and demand generation programs with clear revenue accountability

Oversee digital marketing, field marketing, and channel marketing functions

Build and optimize multi-channel demand engines (ABM, paid media, lifecycle, events, partner)

Align tightly with Sales, SDR, and RevOps teams to drive conversion and pipeline velocity

Report directly into executive leadership with clear visibility to CEO, CRO, and CMO stakeholders

Implement data-driven, AI-enabled marketing strategies to improve CAC, LTV, and ROI

Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing global marketing teams

Required Experience - about you

12-15+ years of experience driving pipeline growth and revenue generation in B2B environments

Proven leadership within enterprise software / SaaS organizations (250+ employees)

Track record working with recognized global software brands

Deep expertise in:

Performance Marketing

Demand Generation & ABM (1:1 and 1:few)

Enterprise Pipeline Development

Digital, Field, and Channel Marketing

Demonstrated ownership of pipeline targets, revenue contribution, and marketing ROI

Experience partnering with C-level executives globally

Strong background in MarTech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics platforms)

Hands-on leadership style: strategic + execution-focused operator
