Description & Requirements

Forvis Mazars is looking for an entry-level Regional Marketing Associate that will support the region's marketing and business development efforts to develop and assist with top strategic growth opportunities. This individual will work in various aspects of Marketing and Business Development, including marketing campaigns and strategies, growing name and brand recognition, event planning, social media, advertising, trade association and publications, project management, media relations, market and competition analysis, internal communication, and more.

How you Will Contribute:

Provide tactical support to help execute a marketing strategy

Actively participate in Marketing team meetings to collaborate with other team members

Coordinate logistics and activities for conferences and firm-hosted events

Perform market research and competitive intelligence

Gather, organize, and analyze internal and external data for strategic marketing purposes

Provide support for thought leadership strategy, including newsletters, webinars, and videos

Manage marketing projects through our Workfront project management system

Enter activity and data in Microsoft CRM

Other various marketing administrative tasks as assigned

Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a desire to succeed

Confidence, organization, innovation, and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field

Associate positions require a bachelor's degree

Must maintain a minimum cumulative overall GPA of 3.0

Achievement of a minimum grade of C or higher in job-relevant coursework

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience using digital marketing and social media platforms in a business environment

Must have reliable transportation to and from your assigned office and be able to attend off-site meetings and events in person

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior internship in marketing for a professional services firm
