Marketing - Digital Marketing Program Manager 5

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand, digital, or social marketing, with a keen understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the field.

• 8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in brand, digital, or social marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree highly preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, presentation writing, and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence working teams and key partners.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry is highly preferred.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Experience leading, developing, and scaling teams.
• Fluency in reading consumer data and crafting measurement and optimization plans.
• Experience managing creative, media, and research agencies.

• High fluency in Keynote.
• Familiarity with input and project management in Air Table.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Slack for day-to-day communication.

• Oversee and manage digital marketing programs and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Analyze data to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.
