About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing team across content, campaigns, and sales enablement.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and build a strong foundation across modern B2B marketing. You’ll work across social, email, web, and sales-facing assets, helping bring campaigns to life and keeping execution moving.

You’ll be expected to own execution, stay organized in a fast-moving environment, and proactively keep things on track.

Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Operations

  • Support email campaign execution in HubSpot/SFMC (build, QA, scheduling)
  • Assist with website updates and landing page creation
  • Help maintain campaign timelines and deliverables across channels

Project Management & Coordination

  • Manage tasks and timelines in ClickUp to keep marketing initiatives on track
  • Coordinate across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify risks, flag blockers early, and help drive projects forward

Content & Social Execution

  • Own and manage the weekly social media calendar (primarily LinkedIn), ensuring consistent, on-brand posting
  • Draft and edit light marketing copy across social, email, and web
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to turn ideas into publishable content quickly

Sales Enablement Support

  • Build and update PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, and sales activation kits
  • Support event execution (pre-event prep, materials, coordination, follow-ups)
  • Ensure sales teams have the right materials at the right time
Qualifications
  • 1–4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or business role
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Advertising major preferred
  • Strong writing and communication skills (clear, concise, and professional)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Experience with PowerPoint / Google Slides (must be able to build clean, professional decks)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is a plus
  • Experience with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $75,000 , depending on experience and location.
