Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager - Regulated Messaging (NC/GA/FL) to join their dynamic team. As a Product Manager - Regulated Messaging (NC/GA/FL), you will be an integral part of the Product Management department supporting the company's strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Lead product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle for Data Retention and Supervision technologies related to Electronic Communication data.
  • Gather and prioritize customer and product requirements, defining clear product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, marketing, operations, and support teams to meet financial and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain critical relationships with key vendors and internal teams to ensure project alignment and successful contract negotiations.
  • Drive product enhancements, deliver demos, orchestrate training sessions, and manage budgets to ensure timely and successful product launches.

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on product management in regulated environments.
  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • Experience working within highly regulated financial institutions is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electronic communication retention, supervision, and discovery regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
