Essential Functions and Primary Duties
Build and execute a marketing and communications plan aligned to regional priorities and enterprise campaigns.
Support annual planning and budgeting; prioritize initiatives with local and industry leadership.
Lead integrated campaigns across email, web, social, and paid channels; ensure consistent messaging and brand standards.
Plan and manage seminars, conferences/tradeshows, sponsorships, and CBIZhosted events endtoend (logistics, vendors, runofshow).
Coordinate pre/postevent outreach and followup
Track, measure, and communicate performance (pipeline, engagement, leads, wins); use insights to refine plans.
Partner across services, regions, and industries to align priorities and share best practices.
Serve as liaison between office/industry teams and the broader marketing organization.
Build strong relationships with internal leaders and external partners; gather feedback to improve programs.
Provide direction to junior team members and crossfunctional contributors; foster a collaborative, resultsdriven culture.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing, with a preference for B2B and professional services experience.
Proficient in applicable technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders
Ability to travel as required by the business
Minimum Qualifications
