Location: Washington, DC (Can be fully remote, if in the D.C. area, candidate can come in once a week.)

Hours/Week: 15-hours/week (Part-Time)

Job Description:

The part-time Web Content Producer contractor plays a vital role in providing digital support to the organization's Foundation Marketing and Communications department team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Advisor, Digital Marketing Strategy and other members of the team to implement website content updates and provide digital administrative support. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, detail-oriented multi-tasker and self-starter with excellent communication skills and can work well in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the flexibility to work remote or in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management

Build new article and landing pages using a variety of templates on organization Foundation's website.

Ability to quickly learn how to add new features, components, and presets to enhance the user experience (UX).

Update and edit copy on website and swap out promotions on the Homepage.

Upload and embed video and content assets on web pages.

Ensure web pages follow SEO best practices and copy style guidelines.

Troubleshoot and fix broken links and pages.

Other digital enhancement and projects as needed by the team

Experience:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in asset and content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager experience is required).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with using asset and content management systems in Adobe Experience Manager

Must be able to use self-guided video training to learn how to build web pages and create new components.

Additional Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Ability to learn quickly and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to troubleshoot and proactively resolve technical issues.

Self-starter, resourceful in seeking solutions or trainings as needed.
