Open to other Segra locationsRole Overview:Segra is looking for a Marketing Specialist, Communications to lead and coordinate companywide communications across internal teams and external audiences. This role serves as the central owner of messaging, working closely with sales, product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure communications are clear, consistent, on brand, and effective.From intake through execution, you'll help shape how Segra communicates with customers, prospects, and employees-supporting sales efforts, campaigns, newsletters, and broader brand initiatives.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication strategies that improve brand visibility and customer engagementWrite and manage compelling content across multiple channels (email, campaigns, announcements, etc.)Ensure brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all communicationsPartner with marketing and product teams to align messaging with business objectivesMonitor market trends and customer feedback to refine communication strategiesSupport customer engagement and loyalty initiativesAssist with crisis communications planning and executionMeasure and optimize communication performanceDistribute timely marketing and training communications to support sales teamsAlign messaging with sales leadership to support revenue goalsCollaborate with training teams to support enablement initiativesCreate feedback loops with sales teams to improve content effectivenessKeep internal teams informed through consistent, clear communicationTrack how communications impact sales performanceCollaborate across departments to develop integrated communication strategiesSupport marketing campaign launches and cross functional executionConduct basic market research to identify messaging opportunitiesImprove communication workflows and intake processes for efficiencyTrack communication performance and engagement metricsShare insights and results with key stakeholdersUse analytics tools to support reporting and decision making
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field3+ years of professional experience in communications or marketingStrong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skillsExcellent organization and project management abilitiesExperience producing concise, engaging contentComfort working in a fast paced, changing environmentAbility to manage multiple short and long term projects independently
Preferred Experience:
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Axios)Experience with list procurement tools (ZoomInfo, ConnectBase, CoStar)Basic understanding of creative production and media deliverablesExperience with reporting and data analysis
