In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in driving forward product innovation and brand evolution. **What Youll Do:**
* Support the development and execution of global product strategies and line plans, guiding them from initial concept through successful launch.
* Leverage consumer, category, and cultural insights to inform groundbreaking product innovation, platform evolution, and strategic portfolio decisions.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of market, category, and competitive trends to uncover whitespace opportunities and generate compelling growth ideas.
* Partner seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams, including product development, insights, design, engineering, finance, and legal, to efficiently and creatively advance initiatives.
* Help shape impactful go-to-market direction by aligning product intent, positioning, and storytelling across various regions.
* Contribute to market execution by supporting line planning, forecasting, sell-in readiness, and collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure product strategies translate into strong performance.
* Work alongside regional and commercial teams to gain a deep understanding of local market needs, retail dynamics, and unique executional challenges.
* Support forecasting processes, development systems, and tracking tools to ensure accurate product, timeline, and financial inputs.
* Contribute to internal storytelling through clear presentations, frameworks, and narratives that vividly bring product strategies to life.
* Maintain team alignment through clear and consistent communication of priorities, progress, and critical decisions.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* 3 years of professional experience in brand management, product development, strategy, consumer goods, or a related field.
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience with product development processes, line planning, forecasting, and sales collaboration.
* Comfort and proficiency in working with data and insights, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* A genuine and strong interest in product development, consumer behavior, and portfolio strategy.
* Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional partners effectively.
* Comfort experimenting with and applying AI-powered tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and creative problem-solving.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
* Adaptable and capable of working across a wide variety of categories and at different stages of development.
**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**
* An MBA is a plus.
