This temporary role will serve as a key project manager and consultative partner responsible for maintaining momentum across wealth marketing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuity throughout the engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial services marketing, wealth management, and multi-stakeholder project coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate active wealth marketing initiatives, timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables

Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day marketing project execution

Collaborate with wealth leadership, affiliate marketing teams, and enterprise partners

Track project priorities, dependencies, and risks while escalating issues when needed

Provide status updates, recommendations, and progress reporting to leadership teams

Support cross-affiliate marketing integration and campaign alignment

Ensure wealth management messaging is represented consistently across broader campaigns

Serve as a consultative resource regarding affluent and high-net-worth client considerations

Build and maintain a centralized internal wealth marketing resource page (SharePoint or similar platform)

Ensure marketing assets remain compliant, current, organized, and accessible

Identify outdated or duplicate materials and recommend updates

Support campaign planning discussions, reviews, and collaborative working sessions

Maintain consistency with existing brand and marketing strategies

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience within financial services required

Experience supporting wealth management, private banking, or affluent client segments preferred

Strong project management experience with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Understanding of wealth management products and financial industry regulatory considerations

Excellent organizational, communication, and consultative skills

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in an interim role

Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, timelines, and asset management

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain continuity across initiatives

Proficiency with project tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint preferred

Ability to adapt quickly and contribute with minimal training or ramp-up

Pay

$44.50 - $54.50 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 5:00pm

Duration: Approximately 8 Months

May/June 2026 - February 2027
