Position Overview

A growing manufacturing company in Edmond is seeking a proactive and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support both marketing initiatives and inside sales efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, balancing creativity with organization, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will help drive brand visibility, support lead generation efforts, maintain marketing materials, and assist with customer communication and sales support activities. This position works closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, accurate product information, and a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

Assist with social media scheduling, content creation, and brand awareness initiatives

Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar with strategically aligned messaging and visuals

Update and maintain product brochures, cut sheets, presentations, and other marketing materials

Support the development and organization of the company product catalog

Ensure branding and messaging consistency across platforms including the website, HubSpot, and internal systems

Coordinate with internal teams to gather product information, specifications, and updates for marketing use

Organize and maintain the company photo catalog and customer success/case study database

Sales Support

Research and identify prospective leads using existing lead generation tools

Assist with initial customer outreach and inbound inquiries before directing opportunities to the appropriate sales team member

Support quote preparation, proposals, and order processing activities

Follow up on leads and open opportunities to help support sales growth

Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions and sales activity

Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs and project timelines

Qualifications

Previous experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, inside sales, or customer support preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting the sales process

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required

Preferred Skills

Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar design platforms

Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Interest in manufacturing, construction, lighting, solar, or technical products

Experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment is a plus
