Description

Essential Functions:

Communicates effectively with all office staff. Provides appropriate distribution of knowledge in regard to caregivers and clients including e-mails, memos, administrative directives, and all office correspondence.

Responsible to answer phone and direct calls to appropriate person.

Handles daily communications with employees, clients and co-workers in the office. Including e-mails, calls, and walk-ins.

Assist with answering phone calls and scheduling while in the office.

Interpret and explain the services provided by From the Heart correctly, consistently and in a positive manner at all times.

Contact daily regional managers and make sure they do not need anything. Assist them with organizing interviews with the recruiter. Update calendar for Regional Managers when needed.

Develop and implement schedule of marketing activities to increase our name recognition in the community at large. This should include, but not be limited to bingos, job fairs, and health and welfare expos.

Market to Doctors office and hospitals and long-term insurance plans

Conduct additional marketing activities on a weekly basis; this includes the following:

Maintain a minimum of eight contacts per day.

Develop five NEW contacts each week.

Visit with five consumers each week.

Schedule and conduct or attend one public event each week.

Attend two client related events each month

Attend two caregiver related events each month.

Submit weekly reporting to Executive Director along with expense report.

Performs routine clerical and organizational tasks as needed for all responsibilities, utilizing appropriate advanced computer applications.

Conduct Meet and Greets to new consumers when directed by the Administrative Director.

Put out signage in appropriate areas on an as needed basis

Advise the Director when Marketing Materials need to be ordered and what kind

Assist Administrative Director with any task they may need help with while in the office.

Participate in weekly Manager's meetings.

Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Must have completed High School or an accredited GED program of study.

2. Previous clerical or Administrative experience preferred.

3. Ability to use personal computer, copier, and fax machines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Must be detail oriented and able to accurately explain the company as a whole and the duties of a caregiver.

5. Must possess general office and organizational skills.

6. Be able to interact with all levels and types of individuals in a professional manner.

Driver's License: Class C - Standard Drivers License
