Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Vice President of Marketing to build and scale a modern marketing engine that directly drives revenue. This is a rare combination role: we need someone who is both a creative, skilled writer and a full-stack marketing operator someone who can craft a compelling POV, develop a content strategy, and execute a demand generation program without losing the thread between any of them.
This role requires a leader who:
Is deeply aligned with Sales and accountable for pipeline
Can write not just direct writing, but produce sharp, differentiated content personally
Knows how to build demand from the ground up across digital, ABM, events, and field
Uses AI tools actively and creatively not just for efficiency, but to sharpen thinking, accelerate ideation, and produce better work faster
Understands product marketing, messaging, and how to make a complex product easy to understand, buy, and sell
Has the grit to operate in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
You will have:
Direct ownership of pipeline and growth
The creative latitude to build a brand narrative that genuinely challenges category conventions
Close partnership with Sales and executive leadership
The ability to build a modern, AI-first marketing function from the ground up

Skills and Requirements
1215+ years of B2B marketing experience
Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue accountability
Demonstrated writing ability a portfolio of content you've personally created, not just directed
Content strategy and multi-channel distribution experience
Close partnership with Sales teams in a B2B environment
Experience in growth-stage, PE-backed, or founder-led companies preferred
Tool fluency: Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, Sendoso, ZoomInfo
