- Develop and execute the resort's social media strategy across platforms.
- Create, curate, and publish highquality visual and written content.
- Manage a content calendar aligned with events and promotions.
- Oversee onsite content production, including photo and video shoots.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
Community Management & Guest Engagement
- Manage interactions with followers, guests, influencers, and partners.
- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Build an engaged online community.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze digital performance.
- Provide insights to enhance strategy and engagement.
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify and manage influencer and content creator partnerships.
- Oversee stay experiences and deliverables.
Brand & CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Collaborate across departments to capture and promote key stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
Administrative & General
Manage digital asset libraries, ensuring proper cataloguing, usage rights, and accessibility across departments.
Coordinate invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for digital marketing activities and external suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of agreements, content usage rights, and partnership contracts.
Liaise with corporate marketing teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals.
Prepare internal presentations, summaries, and reports for management meetings and monthly reviews.
Support administrative tasks related to website updates, OTA content management, and brand compliance documentation.
Ensure all digital activities adhere to internal policies, brand standards, and data privacy regulations.
