Title: Senior Product Manager/Solutions Consultant Location: Remote and must work East Coast Hours Job Type: Full-Time | Exempt Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 / Year Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Position is not eligible for sponsorship. This role focuses on solving that challenge by driving provider data and identity solutions that enable organizations to unify, manage, and activate high-quality, trusted data across systems and use cases. We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented leader to own and evolve Provider Data & Identity solutions across product, go-to-market, and customer engagement. This individual will play a critical role in defining offerings, enabling sales success, and scaling what works across the business. About the Role This position sits at the intersection of: Product strategy Solutions consulting Go-to-market execution You will define solution strategy, support complex sales cycles, and translate customer needs into scalable offerings. This is a highly cross-functional, customer-facing role ideal for someone who combines deep domain expertise with strong business and technical acumen. Key Responsibilities Define the Offering Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for provider data and identity solutions Shape solution packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy Partner with product teams to influence roadmap and address capability gaps Act as a subject matter expert in provider data, identity, and network intelligence Collaborate with technology partners to align solutions and strategy Scale & Enable Success Develop and maintain core sales assets (pitch decks, ROI models, use case frameworks) Convert successful deals into repeatable playbooks Lead training and enablement to drive consistency across teams Partner with marketing to bring validated use cases to market Required Qualifications 5+ years in product management, solutions consulting, product marketing, or a related hybrid role Deep experience with provider data ecosystems (e.g., directories, credentialing, network management, enrichment, analytics) Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value Experience supporting or participating in enterprise sales cycles Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies Preferred Experience Experience with identity resolution, MDM, or data quality solutions Background in healthcare data, provider networks, or analytics platforms Experience in hybrid roles spanning product strategy and go-to-market execution Comfortable working directly with customers and influencing deal outcomes Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
