Responsibilities include operating a company mini bus to transport equipment and materials to marketing events. The role also includes event setup, promotion, and interaction with the public for career advice. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Driving: Safely operate a company mini-bus to transport event equipment and materials to and from event locations. Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and safety. Report any vehicle or equipment issues promptly. Event Support Load and unload event equipment, ensuring careful handling and secure transport. Assist with the setup and breakdown of event materials and displays. Provide customer service to attendees, answering questions and distributing promotional materials. Actively participate in assisting job seekers to register for MassHire events and membership. Gather data or information during events as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Experience driving a minibus or similar vehicle (preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to lift and move equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work some nights and weekends as required by events. A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a successful event. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of local area community based organizations, supportive service agencies and educational institutions desired. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess a valid driver\'s license. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
