Job SummaryThe Senior Manager, Channel Marketing- Commercial & Industrial serves as the single point of connection between the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business and the broader corporate marketing/product/digital/channel/creative organization, ensuring that brand, product, promotional, and content strategies are aligned with commercial priorities and executed with speed and discipline. The Senior Manager, Channel Marketing- Commercial & Industrial is accountable for translating the needs of a complex, industrial fastener portfolio into clear marketing strategic direction-coordinating across product, marketing, brand, digital, e-commerce, creative and channel teams to support growth, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.
Essential Job Functions *
Act as the primary conduit between the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business unit and the centralized shared resources marketing organizationPartner with various business unit leaders to define channel/customer specific marketing priorities that support growth, customer retention, and margin objectivesDrive and ensure alignment between commercial strategy, product roadmap, and marketing execution across a series of shared service teamsUnderstand the business success, growth, gaps and actions of the sector, then collaborate with product management and related teams to support:
Product positioning and value propositionsPortfolio rationalization and expansion initiativesRobust product roadmap meeting your specific channel needs, as well launch planning for new products and line extensions. This includes advocating for your channel, while working within the boundaries of shared services
Ensure product content, messaging, and specifications are accurate and market-readyLead planning and coordination of monthly and quarterly promotional efforts in conjunction with C&I sales team goalsProvide brief and context, for development of sales support materials including:
Product catalogs and sell sheetsPromotional flyers and programsDistributor and customer-facing presentations, utilizing the Allego platform
Ensure marketing materials are aligned with sales strategies and customer needsSteward brand consistency across ST Fasteners, All-Points, and Canadian IndustrialUtilize shared service to coordinate updates to:
Websites and digital contentProduct data, imagery, and descriptionsChannel-specific marketing assets
Ensure content supports both brand standards and industrial buyer expectationsServe as the central point of coordination across:
Product; product teams, souring teamsMarketing; creative, digital, ecommerce
Translate business needs into clear briefs, priorities, and timelines for shared service partnersMonitor effectiveness of marketing initiatives and promotions, then adjust as neededUse data and feedback from sales, customers, and channels to refine messaging and programsContinuously improve speed, clarity, and impact of market executionOther duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field8-12+ years of marketing experience, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, fasteners, MRO, or B2B distribution environmentsProven experience supporting complex product portfolios and multiple brandsExperience operating effectively within a matrixed or shared services support modelMBA or advanced degree a plus
Competencies - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting large P&LsAbility to translate technical product offerings into clear, compelling value propositionsExcellent cross-functional leadership, engagement, communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized with strong execution disciplineComfortable working across strategic, executional and task levels, to get the job done
