Drive Omni-Channel Marketing Strategies As the Category Marketing Specialist, you will support the creation and execution of strategic annual and agile plans as well as assisting with managing end-to-end omni-channel marketing plans and collaborating with key stakeholders to support business goals. Led by the Manager, Category Marketing, this position will suit someone who is detail oriented and has strong collaboration skills. Ready to make an impact in a new role? Heres how:
- Assist in planning enterprise priorities as defined annually by Merchandising for Marketing.
- Help translate business objectives into customer-focused, brand-right marketing plans.
- Implements business strategy and goals by working with merchants and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Assist in translating these strategies into customer-facing marketing direction.
- Help develop strategic marketing plans that integrate cross-functional inputs.
- Contribute to the delivery of annual omni-channel customer marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Support collaboration with the media team, channel teams, communications, PR, and agencies to define and activate omni-channel communications plans.
- Assist in briefing internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
- Assist the Insights team in analyzing and understanding marketing performance.
- Use insights to support future marketing planning and execution improvements.
- Support the organization of weekly marketing activities, including flyer, email, and digital marketing.
- Help ensure marketing plans are effectively communicated and executed across all channels.
- Perform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques and software tools. Interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
- Predictive Analytics: Use predictive modeling techniques to forecast future trends and behaviors. Develop and maintain predictive models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field with 3-5 years of experience.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and make quick, informed decisions.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
