This is one of the most revenue-critical marketing leadership roles in the organization. North America represents a significant share of total revenue, placing this leader at the center of pipeline growth, enterprise demand generation, and regional GTM execution.

This is a performance marketing leadership role with direct revenue accountability.
What Does the VP of Marketing (North America) Do?
The VP of Marketing will own and lead:
North America performance marketing strategy (paid media, ABM, digital, lifecycle, web, AI-driven channels)
Marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue growth across enterprise accounts
Regional execution of global go-to-market (GTM) strategy across NA, EMEA, and APAC
Attribution modeling and Salesforce-driven revenue operations
Executive reporting, dashboards, and funnel optimization (CAC, LTV, conversion)
Leadership of a large-scale, high-performing marketing team
Innovation across AI-powered marketing, personalization, and MarTech stack evolution
