THE ROLE
This role is for someone who is comfortable working with data and equally comfortable presenting it to an owner. You will own the analytics function for our marketing department, which includes building and maintaining the KPI framework, producing regular reporting, and translating performance data into clear recommendations. A secondary but meaningful part of this role involves handling routine internal and external calls and performance reviews professionally and independently.
This position is in-person at our Corporate Office in Farmington Hills, MI, and is not eligible for remote work.

You have experience in a marketing analytics or reporting role and you know how to make data useful to people who are not in the weeds with you. You build reporting systems that get used consistently, not just once. You are organized, detail-oriented, and you follow through.
You are also comfortable in a professional conversation with a client and internal stakeholder. You come prepared, you communicate clearly, and you know when something needs to be escalated. You work well on a team that has defined roles and high standards, and you take ownership of your work without constant supervision.
Multifamily Residential Marketing experience is a preferred, but not required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Analytics & Reporting
Support marketing cost and lead performance analysis
Partner with the Marketing Manager to establish and maintain KPI measurement standards across the portfolio
Build and maintain monthly benchmarking reports
Deliver weekly owner-facing performance summaries
Distribute reporting to internal team member
Learn and understand Yardi reporting functions and dashboards to a high level of proficiency
Marketing Recommendations
Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
Identify trends across the portfolio and bring them forward proactively
Partner with the Marketing Manager to support data-backed strategy decisions
Provide insights to marketing and operations teams based on performance data
Owner Relations (Secondary)
Handle routine owner calls independently and professionally
Present performance summaries in a format that is clear and accessible to owners
Recognize when something needs to be escalated and act on it promptly
Platform & Operations
Rentcafe and website troubleshooting
Marketing ticket triage and routing
Project tracking across active campaigns
Site visits for training and marketing audits
Collaborate with regional managers and site teams to align reporting with leasing goals
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2 to 4 years in a marketing analytics or reporting role, preferably in multifamily or real estate
Strong Excel skills with experience building and maintaining reports
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools including Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and CRM reporting
Ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
What would make you a stand-out candidate:
Familiarity with Yardi, Rentcafe, or major Multifamily platforms
Experience building and maintaining recurring reports
Client or owner-facing communication experience
Google Analytics certification or equivalent
Experience with Google Ads and PPC performance reporting
