As a member of the CDM Smith team, you will:
- Lead and support marketing and business development strategies for pursuits across the North Group.
- Develop, write, edit, and finalize clear, compelling content for proposals, presentations, resumes, and other marketing materials serving municipal water and environmental clients.
- Drive proposal messaging through strategic thinking, theme development, brainstorming, and storyboarding.
- Maintain and update firmwide databases for resumes, project descriptions, proposals, and qualifications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Contribute to improvements to the broader marketing discipline by participating in firmwide task forces, committees, and initiatives.
- Continuously strengthen marketing, business development, facilitation, and writing skills through training and professional involvement.
