Our Non-Profit client is seeking a Director of Communications and Development who will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy, for integrating seamlessly online and print publications, and for generating rich content in all communcations.

This includes

• Casting a vision for communications and identifying the resources necessary to accomplish it.
• Directing all aspects of print and online communications, generating content for those communications, and ensuring both accuracy and timely Currently, these include a bimonthly print newsletter, weekly e-mail newsletters, a website, and two social media platforms.
• Supervising the staff, volunteers, and vendors who support communications. Currently, this includes a -time graphic designer, a volunteer photographer, and a contracted videographer.
• Supporting the volunteer leaders of our annual campaign with the creation of fundraising materials and other collateral.
• Overseeing the production of livestream and video
• Coordinating the production of weekly

The Director of Communications and Development will also establish the first staff office focused on fundraising. This includes:

• Building relationships with current and prospective
• Developing fundraising strategies and identifying
• Managing relationships with family foundations.
