Our client, a Fortune 5 company, is looking to hire a Customer Insights / Marketing Analyst in Austin, TX. Pay Rate Range: $50 to $53/hr. on w2, depending on experience Responsibilities: About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Customer Insights Analyst to support our Customer Insights team. In this role, you will work on custom projects leveraging customer experience tracking surveys to generate actionable insights. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on helping the business make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyze Customer Feedback: Evaluate quantitative data and open-ended responses from continuous customer experience surveys
Synthesize Data: Combine insights from internal platforms, external systems, and business context to identify meaningful trends
Data Storytelling: Transform complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive business decisions
Tailored Communication: Adapt analytical approaches and outputs for diverse audiences, including leadership and frontline teams
Present Insights: Deliver findings and recommendations through presentations, meetings, and written communication
Requirements: Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, market research, or customer insights
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
Hands-on experience with Tableau for building dashboards and data visualizations
Solid understanding of survey analysis, quantitative research methods, and statistics
Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms
Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis or text mining
Exposure to customer experience (CX) or Voice of Customer (VoC) programs
Experience working in retail, technology, or customer-facing environments
Experience supporting global programs across multiple regions and languages
Education Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field , or equivalent practical experience
