Objective:
Coordinate and implement day-to-day marketing office operations and branch advertising fulfillment, assist in management of digital platforms, and maintenance of branch advertising.

Support our retail branches as the team coordinator of: branch materials promotional item, inventory management; fulfillment of internal department and branch marketing requests including managing our printing partners and delivery partners. Ensuring timely delivery of Service Desk Plus (SDP) tickets and email requests.
Supporting updates to IMCU s website and intranet.
Managing updates to important digital signage platforms in our branches to promote our marketing messages (Inlighten, Daktronics, Venus)
Ordering displays for our new branches and remodels and researching new technologies as needed to create a great in-branch experience.
Traffic management and project coordination including use of project management software (Freedcamp and Basecamp).
Vendor management with our printing partners.
Support special projects as needed to drive employee and member engagement.
Collaborate and support our Business Development Officers for community events to ensure excellent branding and lead tracking and follow up.
Competencies
Project management.
Knowledge and some experience with Teams, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Project Management Software (Freedcamp) Digital banking platform (Lumin), and very basic use of Design software in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDeign, Premiere Pro ) or Canva.
Familiar with Service Desk Plus (SDP) tickets and email requests to ensure timely fulfillment of requests.

Office environment at Bottleworks
Physical demands
Light lifting and standing as needed for event support.
Travel required
Some travel to other branch locations and off-site events
Required education and experience
Bachelor s degree in business or marketing.
Minimum 2 years in marketing and project management or 2 years of branch experience in a financial institution. Branch experience or working with branches is a plus.
Demonstrated strengths in time management, organization, initiative, critical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, with a strong capacity to assess priorities and adjust as needed.
Maintains a positive, member-focused attitude with strong attention to detail, proven multitasking capability, and excellent organizational skills.
