OverviewAssistant Account Executives are a true partner to our internal cross functional teams. We are looking for people who are focused on the details and passionate about execution and love a collaborative environment where you will be supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities- Support account team on all day-to-day asks and/or own assigned responsibilities for internal and client facing teams
- Proactively manage day-to-day asks and/or owned assignments
- Determine creative needs for each promotion, work with internal creative team to develop assets and catalog
- Interpret copy inputs and wordsmith to client approved consumer facing copy
- Manage client facing status documents and be able to speak to them in client meetings
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors and team to deliver relevant information, secure feedback/approvals and routing work through internal and external stakeholder processes (creative, legal, regulatory, etc.)
- Monitor and report on industry landscape and trends
- Implement a high volume of data driven promotions flawlessly, in support of the Client’s broader marketing strategy
- Monitor and report on program results
- Follow established processes and guidelines for day-to-day work
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of equivalent work or marketing internship experience
- Extremely diligent, with the ability to identify trends or contradictory information/data to ensure accuracy of work and flawless execution
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance/prioritize multiple projects/tasks at once
- Strong work ethic and dedication to consistently providing highly detailed, quality work to the team, vendors and clients
- Enjoys collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams and is not afraid to speak up
- Is nimble and recognizes the need to adjust style in different situations and settings
- Thinks through problems, quickly narrowing in on core issues and identifying effective solutions
