We are on the lookout for Account Managers who can drive growth and enrich our ecosystem. TikTok's local services partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the platform's service offerings to users and merchants. As a Account Manager, you are expected to provide deep product insights and ongoing consultative support to TikTok's product and local services teams. The immediate focus will be on top local services partners in dine-in to further accelerate service offerings on TikTok.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support business development efforts by identifying and reaching out to potential merchants in the food/dine-in industry
  2. Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing key accounts
  3. Execute marketing campaigns including short video and LIVE-based promotions to drive merchant performance
  4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, ops, product) to ensure smooth campaign delivery
  5. Analyze basic performance metrics (traffic, conversion, GMV) and support optimization of campaigns
  6. Assist in merchant onboarding, training, and adoption of TikTok Local Services productsMinimum Qualifications:
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  8. 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, operations, or marketing
  9. Strong interest in food/dine-in, e-commerce, or local services industry
  10. Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  11. Willingness to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Exposure to digital marketing, content platforms, or social media (TikTok preferred)
  2. Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion, ROI, etc.)
  3. Proven experience in startups, e-commerce, or platform businesses is a plus
